Cake Consultant

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Cake Consultant to join our team at Empire Cake, a gourmet American-style bakery in Chelsea. The ideal candidate will have great communication skills and be dedicated to customer service. Key Responsibilities: Design custom cakes for customers Meet with customers for consultations Work closely with bakers and cake decorators to ensure orders are completed as specified Requirements: Availability to work 5 days per week, including at least one weekend day (full-time) Fridays and Mondays and at least one weekend day required (part-time) Detail oriented and well organized Great communication skills Dedicated to customer service Background in art, pastry, or cake decoration (beneficial) About Empire Cake Empire Cake is a locally owned bakery, not a chain.
