As a key member of our service department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers' vehicles are properly aligned for optimal performance and safety. Responsibilities: Perform wheel alignments using the latest equipment and techniques Inspect vehicles for alignment issues and recommend necessary repairs Provide exceptional customer service and communicate alignment findings effectively Work efficiently to meet service deadlines and maintain a clean work environment Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for alignment services Requirements: Prior experience as an Automotive Alignment Technician or similar role Valid driver's license and clean driving record Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment ASE certification or willingness to obtain certification About Us: In and Out Tire Pros has been a trusted automotive service provider in the Millsboro area for over 20 years.
