What You'll Get to Do The Project Management Manager is focused on timely and effective management and processing of project orders, delivering results that meet customer expectations. and reports to the Director of Project Management. This role is perfect for an individual who is organized, leader, and has customer management skills. A vital member of the Project Management Team, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader. Job responsibilities include: Ensure adherence to processes and procedures to support customer and internal needs, focusing on customer satisfaction. Develop and refine processes for continuous improvement, incorporating team member and customer feedback. Conduct regular training sessions to equip team members with necessary skills, promoting a culture of excellent communication focused on empathy and respect. Mentor and develop team members, providing exposure to different opportunities through 1-1 reviews, etc. Serve as the first point of escalation for the project management team.
