Qualifications Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role.Strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with automotive service and repair.Ability to perform alignments and other specialized services effectively.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills to interact with team members and customers effectively.Virginia State Inspection License is a plus!
