Job Type Full-time Description SUMMARY: The Demand and Supply Planner accurately predict customer demand, creates and maintains forecast models, plans supply levels, assist in the management of inventory, and provide guidance to finance, procurement, inventory management, and sales teams. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Gathers data from internal and external sources to forecast demand. Analyze sales trends, market data, and customer demand patterns. Collaborate with procurement, production, and sales teams for efficient planning. Maintain and optimize inventory levels to prevent stock outs or overstocking. Generate reports and dashboards using Excel (advanced skills preferred). Monitor information on events or occurrences that could impact demand and or supply such as promotions and production delays and incorporate into forecast modeling. Gather updates on vendors, distributors, sales, and other stakeholders that can affect demand. Refine systems and methods to improve demand forecasts and supply planning. Requirements REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP). Experience with demand planning tools (SAP, ERP, or similar). Excellent communication and coordination skills. Exceptional analytical, time management, organizational and attention to detail skills. Thorough understanding of the Supply Chain. Cross-functional collaboration skills. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS A minimum of three (3) years of experience in demand and or supply planning in manufacturing/pharma /consumer industries. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred in one of the following majors; Supply Chain Management; Marketing; Operations and or Logistics. Salary Description $80,000 to $100,000
