Reconstruction Project Manager

Job Type Full-time Description Project Manager: Project Managers work with owners and sub-contractors after traumatic events such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. As a Project Manager, you will manage the renovation, as well as control and communicate the budget effectively. This means you will spend a good deal of time in the field to oversee your projects and make sure it is completed properly. Work directly with homeowners, commercial property owners, project coordinators, sub-contractors, technicians and many others during each project. The Position: Meet operational objectives of Sales, Gross Margin, Brand Experience Track metrics during bi-weekly goal setting Confirm budget and work orders before the start of the project Ensure compliance with standards and regulations Build partnerships to improve performance with vendors and tradesman Work in indoor and outdoor conditions Requirements Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with a good driving record Construction Experience Ability to lead and develop team Sound planning and organizational skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Extremely organized and demand for detail Positive, can-do attitude Excellent customer service Team player On-Call Rotation The Location: Phoenix, AZ Compensation and Benefits: $50,000 to $100,000 depending on experience + bonuses Paid Vacation Holiday pay Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Supplemental, Disability Insurance (Medical partial pay by employer) We support and hire Veterans and we are an equal opportunity employer
