Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively. Stakeholder Management: Communication with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations. Manage relationships to ensure alignment and support for the project. Resource Management: Allocate resources including budget, personnel, and materials to ensure that project goals are met. Manage and optimize resource use. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Monitor and address risks throughout the project lifecycle. Performance Monitoring: Track project progress against goals and milestones. Use performance metrics to evaluate success and make adjustments as needed. Strategic Alignment: Ensure that the project supports the broader strategic objectives of the organization. Align project outcomes with business goals and strategies. Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management on project status, performance, and issues. Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and resources effectively, ensuring minimal impact on project objectives. Skills: Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, QuickBase, Jira, Smartsheets). Strong organizational skills including the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks. Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate teams. Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders, convey technical information to non-technical audiences, and manage expectations. Ability to analyze complex problems, develop solutions, and make data-driven decisions. Awareness of industry standards and best practices related to technology project management. Experience: Several years of experience in project management, specifically in banking operations and technology projects. Proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and relevant work experience. Project Management certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Master Project Manager (MPM), etc. desired.
