Now, we're expanding, and we want a hunter to lead the charge.What You'll Do:Drive new business development in the banking sector, with a relentless focus on acquiring net-new accounts.Engage and sell to senior decision-makers (C-suite, Heads of Retail, Chief Experience Officers, and Customer Experience Leaders).Lead high-value, consultative sales conversations that emphasize CX metrics (NPS, CSAT, VoC) and their impact on revenue and retention.Build, manage, and close a strong pipeline of opportunities through persistent outreach, networking, and relationship-building.Use key account and value-based selling strategies to differentiate Support EXP's solutions from internally developed programs.Leverage metrics-driven selling to demonstrate the ROI of our platform, navigating influencer and decision-maker matrices.Develop creative engagement strategies to break into key accounts and build long-term relationships.What Makes You a Great Fit?5+ years of experience in a "hunter" sales role, with a track record of acquiring net-new business in B2B sales.Experience successfully closing mid-to-large-sized B2B contracts with a strong understanding of value-based pricingBackground in financial services or technology sales-deep experience with credit unions or banks is a plus.Proven ability to sell to and influence senior executives, with experience navigating complex decision-making environments.Familiarity with NPS, CSAT, VoC, and customer experience analytics-you understand their value and can communicate it effectively.A persistent, optimistic, and energetic sales approach-you love the challenge of building something new.Ability to thrive in a high-growth, high-impact role-you're self-motivated and driven to succeed.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.How We'll Measure Success:New accounts won & total contract value secured.Quality and depth of sales pipeline.Success in engaging senior decision-makers.Demonstrated ability to position CX as a strategic revenue driver.Are You Ready to Make an Impact?This isn't just another sales role-this is your chance to lead and grow a market.
