Your Role - Automotive Repair Technician At CarMax, you will play an important role in diagnosing, repairing, and reconditioning vehicles to meet our high standards. You will leverage your skills to ensure that every vehicle is safe and reliable for our customers. Your responsibilities will include: Diagnosing and repairing vehicles to standards that ensure customer safety. Collaborating with a team to quickly and efficiently solve technical issues. Gaining hands-on experience with a variety of domestic and foreign vehicles. Upholding our standards for cleanliness, safety, and organization. Qualifications and Requirements Experience in areas such as engine repair, steering and suspension, brakes, or heating and air conditioning. Knowledge of health and safety regulations. Manual dexterity and physical stamina to perform necessary tasks. A valid driver's license. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Where required, maintenance of ASE certifications in relevant areas.
