Location: New York, New York (in-office 5 days a week) Industry: Leading Global Investment Firm Firm Style: Dynamic, rapidly evolving, and team-driven Base Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 You're a great fit if: You're a motivated self-starter with 10+ years of office/facilities management experience You have 5+ years of experience managing administrative teams across recruiting, onboarding, and performance reviews You excel in project management and can juggle multiple small to mid-sized tasks You have strong communication skills, client-facing expertise, and strong problem-solving skills You thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment and enjoy being hands-on You're tech-savvy, especially with Microsoft Office and space planning tools Your responsibilities: Oversee all office operations - from managing services like shipping, facilities, reception, and catering, to leading the NY-based admin team Collaborate with the Head of Corporate Services on EA management, scheduling, recruitment, and performance reviews Maintain the office space by handling new hire setups, internal moves, and space planning Ensure efficient vendor management and building maintenance while adhering to lease agreements Plan and support in-office events, meetings, and business continuity initiatives Keep the budget in check by overseeing the invoice process and submitting monthly expense reports Draft and deliver office communications and jump in on ad-hoc projects when needed Where you'll make an impact: You'll be at the center of ensuring smooth operations in our client's New York office, working closely with both internal teams and external vendors to create a welcoming, efficient workplace.
