Order Picker/Forklift (PIV)

Job Title: Order Picker/Forklift (PIV) Location: Whitestown, IN Pay Rate: $18.50/hourDuties: Efficiently and accurately pick orders using the order picker to fulfill customer requests. Assist in managing and organizing inventory, including stock rotation and reporting discrepancies. Safely operate the order picker, adhering to all safety protocols and operational guidelines. Inspect items for quality and damage during the picking process, ensuring only suitable products are sent out. Work closely with warehouse staff and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment. Accurately complete necessary documentation for order processing and inventory management. Follow all safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues. Requirements: Proven experience operating powered industrial vehicles, specifically order pickers. Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations related to PIV operation. Strong attention to detail for accurate order picking and inventory management. Good verbal communication skills for effective teamwork and coordination. Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues that may arise during operation. Proficiency in English, as teammates must be able to speak and understand English for the two-day orientation and training conducted in English.
