We specialize in fire, water, mold, and biohazard cleaning. Our local franchises serve Lehigh County and the surrounding areas. Position Description Our Contents Division works inside damaged properties to recover and restore customer belongings. We are seeking a Lead Contents Recovery Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for organizing, inventorying, packing, and transporting household goods, including small items and large furniture. This role oversees junior Technicians and reports directly to the Contents Division Manager. The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing teams. Responsibilities: Manage junior Technicians; communicate clear expectations and supervise on-site activities Carefully handle customer belongings such as furniture, electronics, art, textiles, etc., and maintain quality control standards Maintain a detailed inventory; capture and upload photos for insurance documentation Neatly pack and unpack items according to company procedures Carry and organize furniture and boxes within our storage warehouse Follow safety instructions regarding the use of chemicals and supplies Occasionally assist in cleaning contents Skills & Requirements: Experience in cleaning, moving, packing, and/or inventory management Experience managing junior employees Exceptional customer service skills High School Diploma/GED Valid Driver's License and ability to safely operate large vehicles Previous experience with iCat or similar software is a plus! Physical Demands: This is a labor-intensive role. Individuals must be able to perform extensive standing, walking, climbing, and lifting. Pay: $23 - $25 per hour, based on experience. $1,200 sign-on bonus & Project Commission!
