Construction project manager

We are seeking an experienced Custom Home Superintendent to oversee luxury waterfront residential projects in Flagler and Volusia County, FL. Our well-established company specializes in high-end residential and commercial construction, completing 10-12 projects per year. This role focuses on managing custom oceanfront and riverfront homes, requiring leadership, communication, and client-facing skills. Experience with Buildertrend software is preferred, and estimating skills are a plus. As our experienced team transitions into retirement, we are looking for a superintendent who can handle complex, custom builds and potentially grow into a Project Manager role overseeing multiple supers.
