JOB DESCRIPTION The Supply Planner will be responsible for managing inventory levels, developing supply plans, and ensuring operational efficiency. This role requires a highly organized individual with strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate should be able to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment, leveraging their expertise in inventory control and supply chain management to drive results. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain a Monthly Rolling Supply Plan, consolidating multi-channel and marketing inventory requirements over a 52-week period. Develop comprehensive supply plans that accommodate forecasted demand, including potential surges. Create Primary and Secondary Component demand plans based on supply chain projections. Monitor inventory levels and implement risk management strategies to prevent shortages or overages. Establish and maintain target stock levels, including safety stock and buffer inventory. Manage excess inventory to minimize waste and optimize storage. Support Finance with inventory reporting at COGS (Cost of Goods Sold). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize workflow efficiencies. Assist with NetSuite optimization projects in partnership with the Operations & Finance teams. Vendor Communications: Generate PO shift suggestions based on supply plans and communicate directly with vendors; coordinate with the Assistant Purchasing Manager to address component shortages. NetSuite Setup & Transactions: Set up and adjust SKUs and item details, create UPCs via GS1, and generate barcodes for relevant teams. S&OP Responsibilities: Utilize Lost Sales Reports and supply plans to generate Stock Level Forecasts for leadership review. Month-End Responsibilities: Review and reconcile open or missing Transfer Orders in collaboration with Logistics and Purchasing teams. Work on ad hoc projects as directed by the Director of Supply Planning and VP of Operations. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS 3+ years of experience in supply planning/integrated business planning within CPG, cosmetics, or a related industry (preferred). BS/BA degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred). NetSuite and MRP experience is critical, along with proficiency in Advanced Excel, Google Suite, and PowerPoint. Strong understanding of how supply/demand planning impacts other business functions. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. A collaborative and trustworthy approach with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Passion for the beauty industry is a plus!
