Key Responsibilities 🔹Full-Time Schedule: Mondayí¢€“Friday, 7 AMí¢€“4 PM 🔹Weekly In-Office Sales Meeting Attendance Required (Depending on location) 🔹Lead Generation & Salesí¢€“ Secure 8+ new leads per week, network, and actively pursue new business opportunities. 🔹Client Relationship Managementí¢€“ Build long-term client relationships with businesses, municipalities, and industrial clients. 🔹Site Inspections & Measurementsí¢€“ Conduct on-site evaluations and climb roofs when necessary. 🔹Proposal Presentation & Closing Dealsí¢€“ Work alongside estimators to present competitive bids and close sales. 🔹Transition Managementí¢€“ Ensure a seamless handoff from sales to project management. What You Need to Succeed í¢œ 2+ Years of Commercial Roofing Sales Experience (Required)í¢€“ Residential roofing experience will NOT be considered. í¢œ Strong Knowledge of Commercial Roofing Systemsí¢€“ TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, Built-Up Roofing, Metal, etc. í¢œ Experience Handling Insurance Claimsí¢€“ Must understand the commercial claims process. í¢œ Proactive & Goal-Orientedí¢€“ Must be able to self-generate leads and close deals consistently. í¢œ Reliable Vehicle & Willingness to Travelí¢€“ Sales reps must travel as needed for client meetings and site visits. í¢œ Physical Capabilitiesí¢€“ Ability to climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs, and inspect roofs. í¢œ Tech-Savvyí¢€“ Proficiency in Adobe, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.
