Overview The Supervisor, Resource Operations, will be a key player in enhancing and optimizing the efficiency of the Resource Operations team. This role involves a combination of leadership, strategic oversight, and process improvement to streamline operations, align with organizational goals, and support key talent initiatives. Qualifications 3-5 Years in Resource Operations, Resource Management, or similar field with demonstrated experience in process optimization, team leadership, and data analysis Strong verbal and written communication skills with individuals at all levels Exceptional attention to detail Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands, while maintaining quality High level of proficiency in managing complex data sets, analyzing trends, and deriving actionable insights Experience with advanced Excel functions is required, and familiarity with PowerBI, Greenhouse, and Smartsheet is a plus Eager to learn and make meaningful contributions Results-oriented individual who can drive initiatives independently while maintaining a focus on long-term goals Responsibilities Organize and tabulate data, often of a highly confidential nature, and utilize systems to execute and analyze ad-hoc reporting Aid in the facilitation of quarterly calibration exercises, utilizing feedback to reward strong talent and identify gaps Act as a liaison between the Resource Operations team and internal stakeholders, including HR, Talent Acquisition, and Finance Provide guidance and oversight to the Senior Associate Support the execution of talent operations projects, from inception through implementation Assist in collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify talent gaps and resource challenges #LI-LG1 This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits. Compensation Range $60,000-$90,000 USD This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
