This floating Executive/Administrative Assistant role is an exciting opportunity to grow and learn from senior level EA's across the team. This role will work 4 days in the New York City office from 9am - 6pm, with light OT offered and competitive compensation and benefits! Job Description: > Compensation : $80000 - $100000 Job ID : 27808 Job Function: Schedule and organize meetings, conferences and off-sites Arrange complex travel plans and compose detailed itineraries, obtain necessary travel documents and visa coordination Screen a large volume of incoming calls and greet guests in a professional and courteous manner Update DealCloud with relevant meetings Allocate and process expenses for executives using the Concur expense management system Handle recruitment coordination and logistics for new employees on the team Compose strategic communications and correspondence related to all projects and on behalf of executives. Edit for accuracy and clarity of final copy Be available and reachable for occasional question or concern outside work hours Coordinate closely with team and other assistants to provide back-up coverage Establish, develop, maintain and update filing system Perform other related general administrative tasks as assigned and required send and track priority mail Job Requirements: > Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of administrative assistance experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience Strong ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong initiative and ownership of responsibilities Exemplary interpersonal skills - tact, diplomacy, and poise are a must Superb written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail Team-oriented and collaborative attitude Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Outlook (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and office administrative procedures and equipment Experience leading collaborative Admin teams is required Experience in the finance industry is preferred but not required Disclosure: The hourly rates and/or salaries listed may or may not reflect total compensation packages including bonus and fringe benefits, etc., nor are the advertisement(s) posted a guarantee of a certain compensation package for a position or bona fide offer of employment.
