Job Description Project Planning: Develop and implement detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring effective collaboration among all stakeholders, including subcontractors and suppliers. Budget Management: Monitor project expenses, manage budgets, and prepare financial reports to ensure projects remain financially viable. Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements through regular inspections. Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to the project timeline. Schedule Management: Maintain and update project schedules, adjusting timelines as necessary to accommodate changes or delays. Problem-Solving: Address challenges that arise during the project lifecycle, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track.
