River Crossing Rehab and Healthcare is looking for Dietary Cooks. Cooks are responsible for the preparation of all meals served to residents and staff. Cooks report to the Director of Dietary Services. Cook Duties, include but are not limited to: Read menu, plan cooking schedule to have food ready for timely service. Prepare food according to standardized recipes. Wash, peel. cut, trim vegetables, fruits, or meat. Bake, roast, stew, or steam cooks meat or vegetables. Cook Qualifications: Must be able to read, write, and follow oral directions. Must present work history that includes institutional or commercial cooking experience. Must be dependable and demonstrate an excellent attendance and timeliness record. Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position. We are looking forward to you joining our amazing team!
