Warehouse Inventory Clerk I

Max submission rate is $20.00 - $21.00 per hour. Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 7am - 3:30 pm. Must be flexible for overtime. POSITION PURPOSE: Effectively count pick slots daily to support selection and operations. Audit completed orders to ensure selector accuracy and/or inbound to ensure replacement accuracy. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Effectively audit designated selectors, and product groups and communicate observed results to appropriate levels of management. • Audit outgoing product to ensure that correct pallet size and quantities are correct as noted on the shipping documents. • Assemble and disassemble palletized merchandise in the course of auditing product before shipment. • Regularly communicate to supervision the findings of recurring problems or issues from retail or dock audits to management. • Consistently complete error-free results by accurately filling out paperwork. JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Possess working knowledge of warehouse selection and loading operations gained by prior work experience in a warehouse environment. • Possess good math skills and strong attention to detail. • Must be able to work with minimal supervision. • Ability to motivate and work with and through others to achieve desired results. • Requires analytical ability and mental alertness to ensure accurate, safe, and thorough completion of work activities. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. • Daily shift overtime or weekend work may be required due to operational needs. PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT: • Incumbent may stand for long periods of time during the majority of the workday. • Incumbent will be moving about the Distribution Center floor with a temperature range from -5 to 95 degrees F.
