Job Description Manage the planning and execution of construction and renovation projects, including Faith Based and light K12 work. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment on project specifications and timelines. Drive project schedules and budgets, monitoring progress to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery. Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards throughout all phases of the project. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues that arise. Evaluate project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions as needed. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, progress reports, and change orders. Lead project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
