General Summary We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to organize, coordinate, and implement various programs. The incumbent will provide strategic guidance to teams and project managers and oversee the progress of operations. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader and will need to have managerial experience. In addition, the incumbent will also be responsible for developing efficient strategies and tactics for program success. The goal is to ensure that all programs deliver the desirable outcome to our clients. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Supervisory Duties Supervise and manage FRSP Case managers and provide support, technical assistance, necessary training, and performance evaluations. Provide backup coverage for community-based staff and program staff, as needed. Program Management Oversee the FRSP program, including logistical management, grant deliverables, progress of ongoing activities, and new initiatives. Act as point of contact with DHS. Coordinate and conduct regular program staff meetings on program issues. Assist with the development of new and existing programs, program planning, and design Life Skills workshops for clients. Facilitate meetings for programs and community staff as needed. Direct and monitor the implementation of organization and program policies and procedures for effective service delivery. Conduct program evaluations to measure client progress and program success. Ensure adherence and compliance with FRSP Program and staff requirements, including grant deliverables. Case Management Assist with access and usage of DHS databases, including HMIS, StepTool, CATCH, and FRSP Oversight Portal. Provide intensive case management services to individuals and families affected by homelessness, and other traumas including domestic violence. Identify strengths and needs of individuals and families as they relate to the overall plan of intervention. Make appropriate referrals to address social, environmental, medical, and emotional problems. Respond to crisis situations and intervene to resolve immediate problems. Provide assistance in seeking housing, employment, financial assistance, and other needed services. Provide direct case management services on an as-needed basis. Training & Workshops Develop and deliver periodic staff training(s) and workshops on DHS standards, best practices, etc. Ensure compliance with all DHS required orientation and certification requirements, permissions, and ongoing training. Data Collection & Reporting Complete evaluation tools and gather data to measure client progress. Ensure data is collected and maintained for internal and external reports, trend analysis, and drafting reports required by all relevant funding sources and internal review. Complete monthly program reports for the DHS and internal leadership.
