We are hiring for a current job opening for those needing part-time work. This is a long term position caring for a wonderful person needing help with mobility, transfers and personal care tasks. The hours are 1pm to 9pm every Thursday in Greenwich. We offer a robust training program to those Caregivers interested in furthering their professional development within the Home Care industry. Responsibilities and Duties: Our Caregivers are responsible for providing hands-on, non-medical, quality care to clients of Collaborative Home Care. Caregivers provide care based on the plan of care for their clients, which includes activities of daily living such as personal care (e.g. bathing, dressing, medication reminders) and companion care (e.g. conversation, hobbies and activities, shopping). Caregivers must be able to work with minimal supervision, accepting personal responsibility for the maintenance of a professional relationship with the client in accordance with Collaborative Home Care policies and standards.Your job is to provide best-in-class service to our clients.
