POSITION SUMMARY: As the Lounge and Swim Technical Designer you'll be responsible for supporting the Product Team in the development and creation of CUUP product. This role covers a range of lounge and swim styles with a focus on encapsulating our custom fit for every size. This is an ideal role for someone who has lounge, swim and activewear experience, is highly organized and a creative thinker. This is a hybrid role with in-person fittings twice a week. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Develop and edit tech packs, construction pages, measurements, fit comments, and bill of materials. • Manage flow of information related to fit process, EX: tracking samples, update tech log, sending fit list, fit model booking and communication with factory counterparts • Knowledgeable in lounge and swim fit with an ability to correct garments in a fitting and translate those corrections to comments and/or pattern corrections • Proficient in Missy and Plus fit blocks • Organize and maintain data history, EX: samples, specs and fit images • Communicate verbal and written content accurately and in a timely manner with cross functional teams • Ability to conduct fit sessions independently and manage the fit process • Manage the lifecycle of a product from development to production approval to TOP inspection • Ensure the product is validated through wear testing and own the documentation and output of those studies MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor's Degree in Technical Design or related field, swim/intimates experience preferred. • 5-10 years' experience in technical design/patternmaking for lounge, swim and intimates. • Knowledge in swim & activewear patternmaking, fit, construction & grading • Knowledge of manufacturing, trims, fabrics, machinery & production processes • Proficient in Excel, Illustrator/Adobe Suite and Gerber, PLM • Understanding of grade rules • Ability to evaluate fit problems on live models in varying sizes • Collaborative and highly organized WHY JOIN FULLBEAUTY? • Competitive Health Benefits (Medical, Dental & Vision) • Employer HSA Contribution • 401K Match • Employee Assistance Program • Hybrid Work Schedule (Corporate) • Business Casual Attire • Wellness Initiatives • 30% Associate Merchandise Discount Across our Family of Brands • Employee Discount on Travel, Cell Phone Plans and More • Generous Paid Time Off Program • Promote From Within Culture • Commitment to Being an Equal Opportunity Employer • Life Insurance Benefits • Internal charity that supports FULLBEAUTY Brands' associates and their immediate family members during times of extreme hardship FULLBEAUTY Brandsâ„¢ is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
