Job Title: Inventory Control Supervisor Reports to: Inventory Control JOB PURPOSE To focus on inventory management & control of the store stock, including, but not limited to Store Cycle Counts, Annual Inventories, Weekly Exceptions, and the on-going health of the inventory position day to day. This candidate can work independently, has strong time management & communication skills, is able to leverage multiple tasks and is able to flex priorities as the needs of the business dictate, while supporting & advocating within company policies & procedures. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the Support teams daily. Oversee, execute & finalize for monthly / weekly Cycle Counts. Implement and reinforce SOP directed by the Corporate Office. Training of new hires and competencies regarding support functions. Research, justification & incident reporting for known theft. Liaison between the Corporate Control & AP team on follow up for projects or requests. Weekly monitor and analysis of the exception reports, with direct report to Inventory Control SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Microsoft Office suite skills proficient (Outlook, Teams) Microsoft EXCEL advanced level preferred. Power BI REQUIREMENTS 2-3 years of related experience High School Diploma required. College degree recommended. Previous Inventory Control / Stock management experience recommended. Experience in supply chain, logistics or operations preferrable. Flexible schedule, able to work nights and weekends as the business requires.
