Job Description Project Manager - Commercial - $130k - Responsibilities Lead and manage commercial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Use Procore to track and manage project documentation, timelines, and budgets. Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Ensure that all project milestones and deliverables are met on time and within scope.
