HVAC/STEAMFITTER PROJECT MANAGER (NYC)

HVAC/STEAMFITTER PROJECT MANAGER (NYC) A Plumbing/HVAC company is seeking an experienced PROJECT MANAGER for public and private HVAC & associated GC work in NYC area. - Support all phases of HVAC piping, Boilers, A/C, Heating, Ventilation, Mini split units, BMS controls, Chillers, Cooling towers work - Organize and support all phases of the GC work associated with the HVAC piping, Boilers, A/C, Ventilation, Mini split units, BMS controls, Chillers, Cooling towers work - Assist with estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and shop/as-built drawings - Capable of reading and interpreting project drawings and specifications - Proficient in CAD is a strong plus - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Must have transportation to and from job sites throughout the New York City. - Experience working with the NYCSCA, NYCHA, DDC, DPR, and other NYC agencies is preferred - Experience with the installation of commercial boilers and knowledge of operations - At least 5 years experience in public and private contracting
