ABOUT THIS ROLE: The B2B Account Based Marketing Manager will be the strategic bridge between marketing and sales, ensuring that our target accounts receive personalized, impactful engagement that drives lead generation and conversions. You will develop and implement comprehensive account based marketing (ABM) strategies, scale best practices, and create demand-generation programs that are crucial for our success. This role is perfect for a hands-on, data-driven marketer who thrives on designing and executing account-based campaigns that create demand and boost sales opportunities. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Identify and prioritize high-value accounts in key industries based on historical data and growth potential. Utilize market trends and CRM insights to create strategic marketing approaches for key segments. Develop tailored ABM account lists and segmentation strategies focused on national buyers, agencies, and direct client relationships. Design and execute targeted ABM campaigns"”one-to-one, one-to-few, or one-to-many"”that effectively generate leads and sales opportunities. Collaborate closely with sales to ensure marketing efforts align with revenue targets and RFP cycles. Create customized pitch materials for significant events like Formula 1, Art Basel, and the Super Bowl, as well as other prime buying periods. Personalize outreach campaigns using custom presentations, email templates, and video case studies to showcase our premium inventory, supported by our graphic design and marketing teams. Implement retargeting strategies to keep our offerings top-of-mind for decision-makers. Measure and track campaign performance, optimize based on data, and integrate insights from HubSpot and our sales pipeline. Establish foundational best practices, reporting structures, and processes to scale our efforts. As the function grows, you will have the opportunity to expand your team and resources. SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS 5-7 years of experience in B2B account based marketing, ideally in out-of-home (OOH), media sales, or media agencies. Demonstrated success in running ABM programs targeting enterprise to SMB accounts. Proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM and sales/marketing automation tools. Strong experience aligning sales and marketing to generate high-quality leads and drive revenue. In-depth understanding of account segmentation, audience targeting, and demand generation.
