Additional Locations: Requisition ID: 23624 Since 1982, Goldshield has set the bar in the fiberglass industry. Our facility is located in Decatur, Indiana, where we manufacture fiberglass parts for Fleetwood, Honda, and Daimler. Goldshield also manufactures fiberglass for school buses, emergency vehicles and heavy-duty trucks. Parts Pulling- the process of pulling a fiberglass part from a mold using wedges and clamps. Parts Puller must meet the following criteria: Completion of appropriate training certification Have a consistent and proven attendance record Maintain a safe and clean work area at all times Practices daily a favorable working environment with all employees Know proper safety techniques to pull and carry parts Clean mold frames, wheels, and floors when caught up Any violation of the above mentioned guidelines will result in the loss of operators status (job level) Parts Puller must meet the following physical demands/abilities: Frequent walking up to 10 hours per day Constant very heavy lifting, pulling, pushing, carrying up to 200 lbs. with help of other associates Parts Puller must be capable of meeting the following environmental cautions and hazards: Occasional exposure to extreme heat up to 110 degrees Exposure of skin to fiberglass Proximity to hoists and heavy moving molds Responsibility and authority to verify work affecting quality of the end product REV Group is committed to a policy of equal employment opportunity.
