Starting Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 Benefits: Health Insurance (offered after 90 days of employment) Vacation time (after 6 months) Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of the store independently Demonstrate leadership and promote teamwork Interview, hire, train, and motivate store employees Manage inventory, control costs Manage budgets, P&L, and payroll Create a positive work environment that fosters a welcoming guest experience Operate all assigned equipment safely and efficiently Ensure all employees know and follow company policies and procedures Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Strong operational skills in a customer-service environment Effective communication, supervisory, and team-building skills Strong administrative and organizational skills General business knowledge (sales forecasting, staffing, managing financials, system development) Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-driven Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED College degree in business or a closely related field (strongly preferred) Restaurant experience (5 years) General Manager or equivalent level position experience (preferred/3 years) Experience in a complex, fast-paced environment Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays to provide coverage when store employees are unavailable How to Apply: Bring your enthusiasm, superb customer service skills, determination to succeed, and team-oriented mentality to your interview.
