HVAC Project Manager Travel throughout the Tristate $125,000 - $150,000 The HVAC Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing HVAC projects from initiation to completion. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards. The HVAC Project Manager will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver successful HVAC installations and renovations. Responsibilities:Manage and oversee HVAC projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. Develop project plans, schedules, and milestones, and track progress to ensure timely completion. Coordinate with clients, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met. Review project specifications, blueprints, and contracts to determine scope and requirements. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety guidelines, and company standards. Prepare and submit project estimates, bids, and proposals. Monitor project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment, to control expenses. Conduct site visits and inspections to oversee work progress and resolve any issues. Lead project meetings, provide status updates, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, contracts, and change orders. Identify and mitigate potential risks to project timelines and budgets. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC project management or a related field. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, and maintenance procedures. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed. Must be able to go to Montvale NJ every Thursday
