Location: Multiple Options Chalfont, PA (preferred location) Philadelphia, PA Allentown, PA Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Environmental Senior Project Manager with 10+ years of experience to lead and manage environmental investigations, project planning, and execution. In this role, you will oversee environmental site assessments, remediation efforts, and provide mentorship to junior staff while managing multiple projects in the surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and lead environmental efforts on project sites with primary focus on the commercial development sector; Provide oversight, mentorship, and management of junior staff for specific project assignments including environmental investigations and remediation; Prepare and review comprehensive technical reports for regulatory agencies and project stakeholders; Develop and manage project proposals, cost estimates, and construction specifications for environmental investigations and remediation projects; Manage multiple projects and tasks within budgets, schedules, and deadlines; and Maintain effective and professional communication with clients, subcontractors, and project personnel. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Environmental Engineering, or related field; 10+ years of relevant experience in Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Phase II Site Investigations, multimedia sampling (soil, groundwater, soil gas, air, etc.), monitor well installation, and underground storage tank closure; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets; Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present technical information to clients and project teams; and Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment, managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
