Position Summary Brock Built Homes is seeking anAssistant Project Managerto support the planning and execution of residential construction projects. This role will assist in coordinating project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and high-quality home completion. The Assistant Project Manager will work closely with Project Managers, site supervisors, and trade partners to facilitate smooth project operations. Job Function - Assist in managing residential construction projects from start to finish. - Support Project Managers in coordinating schedules, budgets, and subcontractors. - Ensure projects adhere to specifications, timelines, and quality standards. - Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and trade partners to maintain workflow efficiency. - Monitor job site progress and assist in resolving project delays or issues. - Help prepare project reports, documentation, and status updates for stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. - Assist with project closeouts, including inspections and final walkthroughs. - Support budgeting and cost control efforts to align with financial goals. - Collaborate with internal teams to enhance project efficiency and client satisfaction. Job Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. - 2+ years of experience in residential construction or project management. - Understanding of construction processes, schedules, and cost controls. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. - Experience in the home-building industry is a plus. Salary TBD, depending on experience.
