Senior Program Manager We are looking for a Senior Program Managerto join our team in Newtown, PA! The Senior Program Manager leads and oversees the performance of significant technical programs in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines in the RF line of business. The complexity of the programs requires a technical background due to responsibilities managing RF transmitter and transponder products, and PMP certification. Execution requires leading cross functional teams for IRD initiatives, managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting quality, budget, and timelines expectations. (10%) Leads and monitors multiple projects within the program, ensuring adherence to established standards and best practices. Identifies potential risks and develops mitigation strategies. (50%) Resolves a wide range of issues in imaginative as well as practical ways. Creates a method of change management including ownership of a documentation library, communication plans, process training, etc. (20%) Responsible for complex program management tasks and development of standards and processes for scheduling, administration, and accounting. Defines, acquires, and allocates budget, staff, and other resources necessary to accomplish the goals and/or objectives of the program group/function. (15%) Conducts market and trend analysis to inform program direction and drive innovation. Stays abreast of industry developments to enhance program competitiveness. (5%) Your Expertise: Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, complex technical projects and programs, utilizing established methodologies and best practices Customer facing with strong leadership skills including experience to drive appropriate organizational change Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in risk management and performance optimization Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in project management, SAP, and Microsoft Office suite Due to the nature of the work candidates must be a sole US citizen and be able to obtain and maintain DOD security clearance.
