Job Description Oversee and manage multiple construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources. Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on progress and ensure their expectations are consistently met. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are adhered to and all parties work seamlessly together. Hire, train, and supervise project staff, ensuring they have the necessary resources to perform their roles efficiently. Enforce safety protocols on job sites, ensuring all team members are aware of and follow relevant regulations and guidelines. Address and resolve any challenges that arise during construction, working with all involved parties to find practical solutions. Conduct project closeouts, ensuring all documentation is completed, including permits, certificates, and approvals. Continuously seek improvements in the construction process and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and future referrals. The Successful Applicant 7+ years as a Project Manager (or 5+ years with Design/Build experience). Proven track record managing ground-up commercial projects ($3M+). Experience with foundations, MEP installation, and large-scale project management ($10M+ preferred). Strong understanding of construction management, scheduling, and budgeting. Ability to estimate project costs (not required to be a dedicated estimator). Proficient in relevant project management software. Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture. Ethical, solutions-oriented, and client-focused. Driven to take ownership of projects and department growth.
