Junior Project Manager

Job Title:Junior Project Manager Location:Remote Duration:12+ months Responsibilities: Manage 5-6 smaller projects (around $100k budget) related to Group Sales Intake requests. Collaborate with Business Analysts to gather requirements and track requests through completion. Coordinate with tech, business, and other teams to ensure project success. Use Workday for project tracking (training provided). Primarily manage projects using the Waterfall methodology. Handle new interfaces, reporting, and other client requests. Qualifications: Junior-level experience in project management. Ability to manage multiple small projects simultaneously. Strong organizational and communication skills. Familiarity with Workday is a plus (training available). Healthcare experience is a plus but not required. Business-oriented with a focus on delivering results.
