They specialize in the acquisition, master-planning, redevelopment, and management of real estate assets in the Los Angeles area. Your new role Prepare financial statements, operating and leasing metrics. Manage vendors in a timely and reliable manner. Assist in development and implementation of operational strategies for assigned properties. Maintain relationships with tenants to preserve the highest level of tenant satisfaction.
