Bar Bianchi, owned and operated by Golden Age Hospitality"”the group behind Acme, The Happiest Hour, The Nines, Le Dive, and Deux Chats"”is currently seeking a motivated Runner to join the opening team on April 1st, 2025. Bar Bianchi is an Italian-inspired wine bar with a focus on natural wines, spritzes, and Negroni variations. As a Runner, you'll play a key role in delivering food and drinks to our guests while ensuring the dining area remains organized and our service runs smoothly. If you're energetic, organized, and enjoy being a part of a dynamic team, we want you on board! Responsibilities: Run food and drinks to dining room, patio, and bar Assist in clearing and resetting tables for the next guests Provide general support to waiters, bartenders, and management Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service areas Assist in coffee/espresso service as needed Participate in daily sidework and service breakdown Requirements: Passion for hospitality Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to multitask and work in a high-volume environment At least 2 years' experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar is a plus Previous experience in casual fine dining preferred
