Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team and elevate the guest experience at one of our iconic locations. As a Barista at Realmuto Hospitality Group, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional coffee and espresso drinks while providing excellent customer service in a warm, inviting atmosphere. You will be an integral part of our team, ensuring that each guest's visit is not just about a beverage, but an unforgettable experience. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks, coffee, and tea beverages according to established recipes and standards. Ensure consistency in product quality, presentation, and taste in every drink you create. Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude, offering recommendations when needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained. Regularly clean and sanitize your work station, including coffee machines, countertops, and utensils, to maintain a hygienic environment. Assist in keeping the dining area and tables clean, tidy, and welcoming for guests, ensuring all areas are ready for service. Handle cash and process transactions accurately and efficiently. Assist in opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down the barista station. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, helping colleagues during peak hours. Upsell food and beverage items, including baked goods, desserts, and other menu items. Maintain knowledge of our menu offerings, promotions, and seasonal specials to provide guests with up-to-date information. Monitor inventory and inform management when supplies are low to ensure timely reordering. Qualifications: Previous experience as a Barista, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso-based drinks. Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for making every guest feel special. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain consistent quality. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. A positive, energetic attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic hospitality environment. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
