Required Skills and Experience Must have at least 10 years of state tax experience Must have relevant tax accounting (ASC 740) expertise Excellent project management and communication skills Proficient use of technical tools and programs required to perform their responsibilities e.g., MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and similar tools Preferred Skills and Experience Previous relevant experience with a combination of in-house experience with a large multinational enterprise and relevant Big 4 experience. Compensation The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $146,040 to $277,320 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part-time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement. There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations: California: $160,680 to $332,760 Colorado: $146,040 to $277,320 New York City: $175,080 to $332,760 Washington: $160,680 to $305,160 Washington DC: $160,680 to $305,160 This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans.
