The primary position is for an Associate Attorney to handle a full case load of personal injury matters. Responsibilities include overall file handling from start to finish including assessment, evaluations, pleadings, discovery-depositions, motions and trials. Substantial client contact and coordination with house counsel and insurers. This is an excellent opportunity for lawyers with litigation experience who want to grow in their careers and take on substantive defense litigation based responsibilities. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to excel and advance within the firm. Trial experience is preferred. Experience in automobile accidents, premises liability, property damage, labor law, contracts and, commercial litigation is preferred, but not required. Business generation appreciated and rewarded.
