Security Specialist - Risk Management Framework Clearance: Must currently possess an active TS/SCI security clearance and be able to obtain a CI polygraph after hire (if not before) Location: St. Louis, MO Salary Range:"¯$85,000 - $115,000 Experience: 4+ Years Description: Triage, conduct, and support Insider Threat Investigations Responsibilities - Investigate complaints of fraud, waste and abuse, data spills, and network penetrations. - Respond to incidents or violations involving computers and cyber security. - Evaluate system and program security vulnerabilities; develop procedures and countermeasures that protect operations. - Incorporate all security disciplines; recommend and develop requirements, specifications, designs, and procedures that satisfy program security policy and planning guidance. - Monitor implementation of security requirements for Government and Industry facilities and systems. - Participate in technical meetings and working groups to address issues related to computer security and vulnerabilities. - Develop and deliver professional investigative and analytical reports and briefings. Required Qualifications - Shall have 4 years of federal law enforcement, IC, security, or general law enforcement investigations or operations experience. - Developing and delivering professional-level reports, memorandums, information, briefings, and/or recommendations that support inquiries and investigations. - Demonstrated successful implementation of Government security requirements. - Must currently possess an active TS/SCI security clearance and be able to obtain a CI polygraph after hire (if not already held) - Must be a self-motivated, disciplined, and mature professional capable of operating with little tasking and oversight - Must be capable of operating within a diverse environment and comfortable operating with limited guidance and oversight, maturity and self-motivation required. Desired Qualifications - Possess a bachelor's degree in a business, computer science, counterintelligence, criminal justice, engineering, fraud investigations, information technology, mathematics, or a scientific field. - Successful graduation from FLETC, DCITA, JCITA, DoD or other formal US Federal Government analysis courses or programs.
