We are seeking a Product Analyst to be a change agent for our order-to-cash process. This role offers the opportunity to lead and execute key projects and change initiatives within Order Management, Customer Master and digitization in order-to-cash area. Responsibilities Directly coordinate, align, and partner with the business via managing specific Order to cash process area or subject e.g. Order management, Customer Master. Based on our SAP template and the business processes, this role requires facilitating the realization of the Business requests/demands via engaging the rest of the teams, external consultants and/or the Production support teams. Participate in extensive and complex integration and transformation of newly acquired companies into our platforms and processes. Handle small projects as a lead analyst, project manager, or as the subject matter expert. Account and manage for the demands per region and specific area and discuss this with the respective Global process Team member or Regional Commercial IT leads/members. Collaborate with other Global and regional commercial and other business partners to develop and implement best practice processes, innovations and IT solutions relevant to the scope of this role. Constantly align with the OTC Value Team lead as regards to the Global IT portfolio and objectives, team's project and initiatives list as regards to strategy, solutioning and delivery of the required projects and initiatives. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or Computer Science with a minimum of 10 years of industry experience. Deep functional/technical knowledge in SAP SD module and experience in at least 3 full cycle implementation, project training and change management experience. Hands on configuration experience in the SAP SD module coupled with technical knowledge in other SAP solutions such as middleware or EDI/BTP, Analytics and Integration with other SAP modules. Strong communication skills both in writing and verbal, together with ability to lead with drive, passion and ambition. Preferred SAP certification is an advantage but not required. 3+ years of related experience in supporting pharmaceutical or any relevant commercial and manufacturing industries. Project Management: Has overall knowledge of Project Management methodologies and tools. Is expected to carry an assignment individually or together with the other functional project team members and business counterparts in often, leading and facilitating role. Productive Communication: Demonstrates strong communication skills both in writing and verbal together with ability to lead will be the qualities that will make this position so strong for the team and the business. Problem Solving: Demonstrates the ability to independently solve problems that arise within job responsibilities and expectations. Is expected to work with very minimal supervision. Accountability: Demonstrates ability to be accountable for area of responsibility while cooperating with various teams within company.
