About the Role: We are seeking an experienced OT Vulnerability Project Manager to lead cybersecurity initiatives focused on identifying, assessing, and mitigating vulnerabilities across Industrial Control Systems (ICS), SCADA systems, and other OT assets . This role requires expertise in NIST 800, ISO 27001, SANS Critical Security Controls , and vulnerability management tools like Qualys, along with the ability to oversee teams specializing in threat intelligence, penetration testing, and governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) . Responsibilities include developing and implementing risk-based OT security frameworks, prioritizing remediation efforts, monitoring compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to align security strategies with operational goals. Strong project and program management skills are essential to drive security initiatives from planning to execution, ensuring protection of critical infrastructure. Requirements: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field. Formal training or certifications in relevant cybersecurity domains with a focus on project management and risk concepts, ideally with applied experience in a government entity. Minimum of ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience with focus on Operational Technology management and Cybersecurity field. Ability to manage a team of specialists in threat intelligence, penetration testing, and governance, risk management, and compliance. Capability to develop and implement strategic plans for OT vulnerability management. Experience with industry standards such as NIST 800, ISO 27001, and SANS Critical Security Controls. Experience with audit processes and performing risk-based audits. Deep project and program management skills, including experience in managing projects from idea to completion. Deep understanding of OT systems, including industrial control systems (ICS) and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems. Expertise in using vulnerability management tools such as Qualys. Experience with cloud security, including Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, and Microsoft Azure Services. Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical information across all levels of the organization. #J-18808-Ljbffr
