Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sustainable supply chain management. Create and maintain software systems to track and monitor sustainability metrics and progress. Perform data analysis and provide insights to guide decision-making. Participate in the development and implementation of Ford Motor Company's overall Supply Chain Sustainability Strategy. Communicate and present findings and recommendations to upper management and stakeholders. Continuously evaluate and improve sustainability practices and processes within the supply chain. Collaborate with external partners and organizations to identify opportunities for collaboration and improvement. Stay informed and compliant with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to sustainability in the supply chain. Act as a brand ambassador for Ford Motor Company's commitment to sustainability and promote the company's initiatives internally and externally.
