SAP Functional Lead

Epiq Global Ltd SAP Functional Lead in New York, New York Provide high-quality end-user support to SAP users for navigation, transactional processes, and reporting requirements designed to ensure user self-sufficiency and productivity. Understand complex requirements and formulate cost-effective best-in-class solutions to support business needs. Analyze business processes and develop and implement improvements to streamline, simplify, and optimize SAP solutions. Perform solution design and deliver solution documentation based on business requirements; perform post-deployment assessments and remedial actions to ensure optimized business processes. Research, evaluate, and deploy configuration within MM-Material Management and/or HR-Human Resources. Manage both enhancements and troubleshooting for integrations with SAP & Concur along with performing the IT Administrator functions within Concur. Deliver ERP customizations by way of creating functional designs to be developed by SAP developers and validate results via testing (traditional RICEF development cycle). Provide functional guidance to Business Warehouse/Business Objects Lead on developing reports and dashboards for business analytics. Develop project plans for future enhancements and implementations of future acquired companies. Maintain professional and good working relationships with Epiq associates and 3rd party partners. Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (or foreign equivalent) plus two (2) years of experience in the job offered, SAP Consultant, Business Analyst, or related occupation. Alternatively, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or foreign equivalent) plus four (4) years of experience in the job offered, SAP Consultant, Business Analyst, or related occupation. Position requires two (2) years of experience with each of the following skills: SAP Business Process analysis and identification and implementations of SAP application best practices Analytics HRIS Root cause analysis for issues within SAP and identify options for remediation Telecommuting permitted.
