HRIS Data Solutions Analyst (UKG) will take the lead in configuring, managing and optimizing the advanced scheduling configurations and administration within UKG Pro, ensuring effective data integrations and operational efficiencies. Facilitate a smooth transition and positive outcomes for the new software implementations. Actively and consistently contributes to department operations and communications, behaving in a manner consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Pipeline Health, upholding standards of AIDET (Acknowledge, Introduce, Duration, Explanation, Thank you) patient communication. Essential Functions: Oversee and manage the comprehensive roll-out of UKG Pro - Advanced Scheduling. Collaborate effectively with various HR teams including the HRIS Administrator, HRBPs, and HRCs as well as Payroll. Lead and facilitate meetings with leadership to execute a smooth project roll-out. Handle the migration and successful upload of data to the new system. Identify, manage, and mitigate any risks or issues that may arise during the project. Ensure the successful go-live and ongoing implementation of the new software. Regularly update department heads on go-live. Respond to all support requests daily. Facilitate training for end users, managers and administrators on UKG scheduling. Use clear, concise, professional communication with coworkers, patients, and all customers internal and external. Use AIDET in interactions with patients and family members. Act with a sense of urgency when performing tasks. Basic unit/department maintenance such as keeping files, drawers, cabinets free from unnecessary clutter. Report on any equipment and or environmental issues for repair. Abide by HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) regulations. Speak up to stop the line and escalate potential safety events if necessary. Complete and attend monthly training assigned. Other duties as assigned. Attend staff meetings; follow HIPAA guidelines; follow patient rights policy; comply with the compliance program; demonstrate knowledge of role in a disaster; demonstrate knowledge of fire and fire drill procedures; working knowledge of hospital emergency codes; always utilize standard precautions in the clinical setting; safely manage the environment of care by demonstrating a working knowledge of the requirements of the: Life Safety program, Utilities Management program, Hazardous Materials program, Emergency Preparedness program, Safety Management program, Medical Equipment Management program, Security Management program. Qualifications / Experience: Two (2) years' experience with UKG Advanced Scheduling as an administrator/configurations. Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills, ability to read/comprehend written instructions, strong organizational skills, ability to follow verbal instructions, and PC (computer) skills. A capacity to learn, synthesize, make critical judgments, work independently, place patients and families first, and collaborate with team members who are recognized leaders within healthcare. Preferred Education: Bachelors or better in Business Administration. Bachelors or better in Human Resource Administration. #J-18808-Ljbffr
