The opportunity: The Human Resource Information Systems and Analytics (HRISA) branch leads the development, and integration of Yukon government's approach to people metrics, data analytics and systems technology to inform decision-making, strategy development and program planning. As the Enterprise Project Manager you will be responsible for some of the ongoing coordination and management of HRISA projects. As projects proceed through the lifecycle, you will be the technical and programmatic authority for all aspects of the projects. You will provide technical, functional and management support to the HRISA branch. This includes end user support, troubleshooting and analyzing problems and issues, designing solutions with the technical team, arranging and overseeing testing and validation, developing documentation and implementing test plans. Post-secondary education in information technology, engineering, data science, math or physics, business management or related field; Considerable experience leading systems development projects and teams through all lifecycles; Experience in project management, functional analysis and business improvement practices; Software development experience in R, Python or C; Experience within AI and ML is considered an asset; Candidates who have education, training, and/or experience equivalent to the essential qualifications listed above may be equally considered.
