We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Vice President of Information Technology to lead our IT department and drive strategic initiatives across our U.S. locations. Position Summary: As the Vice President of Information Technology, you will spearhead strategic initiatives and solutions architecture, ensuring the seamless integration and enhancement of our IT systems and infrastructure. You will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement, overseeing major projects, and providing strategic direction to our IT department. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping the future of our technology landscape. Key Responsibilities: Lead and participate in key corporate projects, providing strategic direction and oversight. Collaborate with the executive team and participate in C-level planning meetings. Oversee capital projects and the annual capital budgeting process. Drive policy deployment and facilitate project selection for all functional areas. Identify high-value profit improvement projects and ensure proper resourcing for successful completion. Define project collateral and communication requirements for high-value initiatives. Be recognized as a leader and problem solver, providing expertise to improve performance. Motivate, coach, and instill good management skills in all employees to ensure engagement at all levels. Establish a strong presence within Mactac and our facilities, setting and communicating expectations and evaluating results. Lead employee training initiatives to instill continuous improvement and project management skills, including Lean Six Sigma, Best Practice Sharing, Kaizen, 5S, and Problem Solving. Define and implement a company-wide Project Management Office. Develop new processes and training programs as needed. Provide a clear roadmap for key IT systems and infrastructures. Lead and facilitate the next generation of business intelligence reporting platforms and methodologies. Qualifications: Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in a technical field (engineering or industrial technology preferred). Master's degree in Business or related field highly preferred. Experience: 10+ years of experience in business optimization and project management, with a proven track record of leading high-value projects and driving continuous improvement programs. Certifications: PMI certification required; Lean Six Sigma certification highly preferred. Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to drive change, absorb new technologies, and motivate teams.
