Schedule: Flexible hours 12- 10- 8- 6-5-4 hours shift Day shift Monday to Friday Self-determined schedule Weekend availability Differentials available Care Delivery: To provide the highest quality of care to AccordCare clients utilizing the Plan of Care provided to ensure clients' needs are met in relation to safety, well-being and satisfaction. Help patients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and other daily tasks. Perform basic health care services for patients including checking vital signs or administering prescription medication. Help with general light housekeeping. HHA Training Location: Nassau County If you are looking to obtain a Home Health Aide certificate, we have a great offer to help you obtain it at little or no cost to you. We will reimburse you up to $500 to be trained at an accredited HHA Training school of your choice. You would only need to provide a receipt for the training course, and work at least 150 hours for our agency before you would be eligible for the reimbursement.
